By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Custom Tailoring & Bespoke Orders
Bespoke and custom-tailored items are made to your specific measurements. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. While we offer adjustments, once a custom order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smarty Exclusive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
Smarty Exclusive shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
